[netCDF #UGD-926588]: Support for netCDF4 in Perl

I don't get it. It works for me on a similar system (Linux, x86_64) and your 
output shows that the netCDF library is located correctly. Also, the same build 
parameters (large file support, 64-bit mode) were used for both the netcdf-perl 
and perl packages.

Do you have the output from the "make" for the netCDF package? I'd like to see 
what build parameters it used.

Also, what version of the netCDF-4 package do you have?
