[netCDF #UGD-926588]: Support for netCDF4 in Perl

That's similar to the system on which I was able to get "make test" to work.

Would you please send me the output from the following commands on the system 
in question:

    ldd 
/usr/local/src/netcdf-perl-1.2.4/src/perl/blib/arch/auto/NetCDF/NetCDF.so

    LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/lib ldd 
/usr/local/src/netcdf-perl-1.2.4/src/perl/blib/arch/auto/NetCDF/NetCDF.so

    perl -V
