[netCDFJava #KPZ-208087]: Writing the header for a variable with type of ENUM4 fails

Hi Jamie,

You've found a bug! Or—at least—an undocumented deficiency. As it turns out, it 
currently isn't possible to write Variables with ENUM DataTypes to NetCDF-4.

I've made a note of the issue and we'll try to get a fix for it soon. If you
