I took a quick look at the file and peeked at the Grid Definition Section.
According to ToolsUI, we have template 3.0, which isn't a rotated lat/lon grid.
We're a little suspicious of the reported grid_template 32768 mentioned
earlier. Do you know for sure what the grid is, or did we somehow get a hold
of the wrong file?
