[McIDAS #HSK-181701]: Problem applying SU=BREF24 onto remapped NEXRCOMP images

Hmm... you are correct.

I just checked, and the problem appears to be due to file permissions.  This 
will
take some time to sort out and correct on adde.ucar.edu.  In the meantime, you
can use the archive dataset on lead.unidata.ucar.edu:

DATALOC ADD PTSRCALL lead.unidata.ucar.edu
