[McIDAS #RCY-484528]: McIDAS-X 2017 installation on ubuntu16.04

The command to run is 'mcidas' not 'mcidasx'.  I see in one of the PNG pictures
you sent that you tried running 'mcidas' and got an 'mcidas: command not found'
error.  I don't understand this ** unless ** you are using the C-Shell.  If
you are using the C-Shell, you need to make sure that:

1) the /home/mcidas/bin directory is in the PATH of the user 'mcidas'

2) you run 'rehash' after the 'make install.mcx' step
