[IDD #ZAJ-781418]: Imglist set of data exceeding McIDAS count limit

Just to be clear: there is no guarantee that SSEC/MUG will decide to 
change the code that they added that limits the number of elements in
any dataset.  If they choose to not modify the code, I will investigate
making the fix in the Unidata McIDAS-X release.
