[McIDAS #HOF-899675]: McIDAS-X 2009i won't build on one of my servers

Hi again Gilbert,

I think I have solved the mystery (one that I would not have been
able to diagnose if I did not have a login to weather2!):

I found that all I had to do was:

<as 'mcidas'>
cd ~mcidas/mcidas2009/src
make clobber
make all

You will need to finish the installation with:

make install.all
