[McIDAS #HOF-899675]: McIDAS-X 2009i won't build on one of my servers

Hi again Gilbert,

I just rebuilt the current release of Unidata McIDAS-X on my Fedora 14
machine and then looked through the McIDAS log file 
(~mcidas/mcidas2009/src/makelog)
where I was reminded that the netCDF distribution bundled with McIDAS should
be built _without_ curl support.  I logged back onto weather2 to
see why this was not the case on your machine.
