[McIDAS #DAO-259790]: McIDAS-XRD build in v2007c

You can always find the list of XRD routines bundled with the Unidata McIDAS-X
release(s) by looking at the makefile.  Search for the string 'Unidata 
McIDAS-XRD/MDF apps'
that is in the line just before the block of routines that are included.  For 
instance,
