Hi Randy, 

The SREF is NOT inlcuded in the NOAAPORT broadcast, you would need to acces 
them via ftp from NCEP.

I am not certain of the status of McIDAS-XCD decoders for this product, our 
McIDAS guru (Tom Yoksas) is currently on travel and will return next week.
