[Support #FYT-177887]: SPOT VEGETATION HDF server for McIDAS

Sorry for the late reply.  I was at the AMS meeting in San Antonio for the 
majority
of the week.

Looking through the existing McIDAS HDF server examples is the best starting
point.

OK, I took a look.  I didn't seen anything other than toolkits.  Did I miss
something?
