What I found was that stratus is not serving any data through ADDE. I took the liberty of logging on to stratus (via rainbow) and see that the directory in which the data files are supposed to be located is a link that currently points to a directory that doesn't exist: <as 'mcidas' on stratus> cd solaris/workdata redirect.k LIST Number of active redirection entries=88 ADMIN.MSG /home/mcidas/savedata AREA006* /home/mcidas/savedata AREA007* /home/mcidas/savedata ... stratus:[45]% cd stratus:[47]% ls -alt savedata lrwxrwxrwx 1 mcidas unidata 19 Mar 24 2003 savedata -> /export/data/mcidas stratus:[48]% ls -alt /export total 10 drwxr-xr-x 31 root root 1024 Nov 18 10:59 .. drwxr-xr-x 5 root sys 512 Dec 24 2002 . drwxr-xr-x 15 root other 512 Aug 30 2002 data1 drwxr-xr-x 7 root root 512 Aug 26 2002 home drwxr-xr-x 2 root other 512 Mar 2 2000 home1 Is stratus still to be considered as one of the Cooperating Community Servers that is open to folks with ADDE-enabled applications like McIDAS and IDV? If not, is there another machine that is supposed to take its place, or should I remove your site as a participating Community Server? If yes, is it just that a needed directory has not been mounted? Any information you can provide will be most appreciated! Tom
