20020128: McIDAS-X 7.804 serving of RTNEXRAD (cont.)

OK.  I pointed my session at stratus for RTNEXRAD:

DATALOC ADD RTNEXRAD STRATUS.AL.NOAA.GOV

and verified that I can list and display various NEXRAD images (I chose
BUF randomly):
