20010508: McIDAS display of NEXRAD NVL product

Notice that the size of the product is 116x116.  In order to make it the same
size as a "typical" display, one has to blow the image up:

IMGDISP RTNEXRAD/NVL ID=DDC STA=DDC MAG=3 EU=BREF REFRESH='EG; MAP VH; BAR'
