[LDM #ERJ-637034]: Trying to save model data files

it looks like there's a severe problem getting CONDUIT data from PSU.

We'll investigate.

In the meantime, I recommend requesting NAM output from "idd.unidata.ucar.edu" 
instead of "idd.meteo.psu.edu".
