[LDM #MIW-275261]: some questions on hardware configs for our LDM server

Please forgive me if this seems insensitive, but we need to know. Does this 
interpretation take into account any throttling of the bandwidth or is it based 
on the maximum theoretical bandwidth of the hardware?
