[LDM #ORN-677013]: missing NOTHER feed

Dave,

Did anything change in your campus networking infrastructure about the time you
stopped receiving the NOTHER products? I'm especially interested in the
installation of any gateway or proxy computers in the network or any additional
security measures -- including packet shaping (i.e., bandwidth throttling).

While awaiting a response from your campus networking administrators, go ahead
and enable a second REQUEST entry for the NOTHER products from *either*
idd.meteo.psu.edu or idd.tamu.edu and restart your LDM.
