Are you saying that
1. Your LDM is currently requesting from *both* idd.unidata & iddb.unidata;
2. A notifyme(1) to either of the Unidata systems showed reception of relevant
NOTHER products; and
3. A notifyme(1) on/to your system didn't show reception of those same products.
