[LDM #ITS-432484]: running python from pqact.conf

Use PIPE:

    EXP<tab>ANT\.AMRC\.AWS\.(.*)\.(....)(..)(..)\.txt
    <tab>PIPE<tab>-close /home/ldm/iridium/IRDtext.py

The python script must read *all* the data-product from its standard input
stream.
