[LDM #CFG-797475]: NOAA - LDM Issue

Assuming "ldm.madis.ncep.noaa.gov" is the upstream host from which you want
to receive data, what's the output of the command

    notifyme -v -h ldm.madis.ncep.noaa.gov

This is an easy way to test whether you can get the data.
