[LDM #VSD-498175]: trouble compiling ldm 6.13.3 + RCM data in motherlode nwstg files

Great!

Stop the LDM, throw the "runtime" switch, and start the LDM. E.g.,

    cd && ldmadmin stop && rm runtime && ln -s ldm-6.13.3 runtime && ldmadmin 
start

Those environment variables are probably set in one of the profile files for 
your user shell (e.g., "~/.bashrc", "~/.bash_profile").
