[LDM #VSD-498175]: trouble compiling ldm 6.13.3 + RCM data in motherlode nwstg files

Brendon,

I got it to build by unsetting the environment variables LDFLAGS and LD_LDM. 
One of them was being used to locate the (wrong) LDM library.

They shouldn't be necessary.

You'll still have to execute the command "make root-actions" in directory 
"~ldm/ldm-6.13.3/src".
