Do you have any REQUEST entries in the LDM configuration-file, "etc/ldmd.conf"?

If so, then try executing a corresponding notifyme(1) command, e.g.,

    notifyme -vl- -f 'IDS|DDPLUS' -h idd.unidata.ucar.edu

Does it show any data-products?
