Hi Dave, Please check to see if your LDM log file is owned by your 'ldm' user. I have seen instances in new installations where the log file is owned by 'root' so 'ldm' can not write to it. If the LDM log file is owned by 'root', simply delete it and recreate it (e.g., using 'touch') by 'ldm' and then restart your LDM.
