The script "~ldm/util/scour.sh" isn't part of the LDM package: the LDM scour(1) program is installed in "~ldm/bin". Where did the "scour.sh" message come from? > I did the ldmadmin tail command and I got this: > > [ldm@npxcd RTMA]$ ldmadmin tail > Dec 5 09:35:01 npxcd pqact[30209] NOTE: Rereading configuration file > /usr/local/ldm/etc/pqact.thredds.tasc > Dec 5 09:35:01 npxcd pqact[30210] NOTE: Rereading configuration file > /usr/local/ldm/etc/pqact.thredds.tasc_conduit > Dec 5 09:38:41 npxcd pqact[30208] NOTE: Rereading configuration file > /usr/local/ldm/etc/pqact.conf_nnexrad_file > Dec 5 09:38:41 npxcd pqact[30207] NOTE: Rereading configuration file > /usr/local/ldm/etc/pqact.conf > Dec 5 09:38:41 npxcd pqact[30209] NOTE: Rereading configuration file > /usr/local/ldm/etc/pqact.thredds.tasc > Dec 5 09:38:41 npxcd pqact[30210] NOTE: Rereading configuration file > /usr/local/ldm/etc/pqact.thredds.tasc_conduit > Dec 5 09:39:49 npxcd pqact[30207] NOTE: Rereading configuration file > /usr/local/ldm/etc/pqact.conf > Dec 5 09:39:49 npxcd pqact[30209] NOTE: Rereading configuration file > /usr/local/ldm/etc/pqact.thredds.tasc > Dec 5 09:39:49 npxcd pqact[30208] NOTE: Rereading configuration file > /usr/local/ldm/etc/pqact.conf_nnexrad_file > Dec 5 09:39:49 npxcd pqact[30210] NOTE: Rereading configuration file > /usr/local/ldm/etc/pqact.thredds.tasc_conduit The above messages indicate that a SIGHUP was sent to pqact(1) processes 3 times over the course of 4 minutes. I don't know what you did, exactly, and your installation appears to be non-standard -- so it's difficult to diagnose the problem. It would help if I could log onto the system in question as the LDM user. I've attached my ssh(1) public keys. > Thanks, I appreciate any help! > > Heather Kiley Regards, Steve Emmerson Ticket Details =================== Ticket ID: DQQ-262777 Department: Support LDM Priority: Normal Status: Closed
