[LDM #UUL-150899]: GEMPAK decoder problems

Is there anything in the GEMPACK decoder log files 
(data/gempak/logs/dcwstm.log, data/gempak/logs/dcisig.log, or 
data/gempak/logs/dcairm.log)?
