Brice,
The LDM registry file *must* be named "registry.xml". Is it?
After renaming your registry file, the LDM package command "regutil -d <dir>
/server/enable-anti-DOS" (where <dir> is the directory that contains the
registry) showed that that parameter's value was FALSE, which is correct.
