Warren,

The contents of the LDM user's home directory look OK.

Shoot! I forgot about the "data/" directory.
> var/logs:
> total 32
> -rw-rw-r-- 1 ldm ldm 0 Jun 5 16:54 ldmd.log
> -rw-rw-r-- 1 ldm ldm 27002 Jun 6 17:00 metrics.txt
The zero size of the LDM logfile is consistent with the inability of the LDM to
log.
> var/queues:
> total 193252
> -rw-rw-r-- 1 ldm ldm 514121728 Jun 6 16:41 ldm.pq
The LDM product-queue look OK.

You should remove the "/home/ldm/ldm-6.11.7/bin" component from the PATH
environment variable because all LDM utilities should be located through the
"/home/ldm/bin" component, instead.

The output of "ldmadmin config" looks OK.
I don't know why your LDM isn't logging or why ldmadmin(1) doesn't see it start.
Please see about allowing me to log onto the system as the LDM user.
