[LDM #UGW-684103]: LDM Server Not Starting

Warren,

Would you please send me the output of the command "selinuxenabled && echo 
SELinux is enabled".

If the command indicates that SELinux is enabled, then please disable it by 
setting the value of the SELINUX variable in the file "/etc/selinux/config" to 
"disabled".
