[LDM #BDX-817483]: LDM upstream not working

Paul,

I suspect that you're requesting data-products from the department LDM based on 
the filesystem pathnames used by the department's pqact(1) process to store the 
incoming data-products. That won't work. Instead, use the same 
regular-expression pattern that works for requesting from the NSSL LDM.
