[LDM #BDX-817483]: LDM upstream not working

If the department LDM receives the same data-products from NSSL that your LDM 
does from NSSL, then why are the regular-expression patterns different in your 
two REQUEST entries?

Request from NSSL LDM:
    REQUEST WMO /data/realtime/mrms_binary/(tile[1-4])/mrefl/MREF3D33L(.*.gz) 
129.15.110.182

Request from department LDM:
    REQUEST WMO /data/ldm-data/mrms/mrefl/MREF3D33L_(tile[1-4].*.gz) 129.82.48.9

The product-identifier of an LDM data-product doesn't change during the process 
of being relayed.

Are you, perhaps, confusing product-identifiers with the filesystem pathnames 
used for output by pqact(1)?
