[LDM #CVY-225341]: LDM secondary feed issue?

Gilbert,

Ah. I thought this discussion was about noaaport.admin.niu.edu because that was 
the only host you had mentioned until now.

I have no opinion about weather3.admin.niu.edu because I didn't investigate it.

I'm glad that data is now flowing, however.
