[LDM #MUU-263136]: Error messages with 6.11.4

The two log messages are unrelated: the PID-s are different, so the messages 
refer to different upstream LDM-s.

The ALLOW entry should be
    ALLOW UNIDATA|FSL2|DIFAX \.missouri\.edu$

If an upstream filter prevents data-transfer, then there is no ALLOW entry in 
the LDM configuration-file who's host-pattern matches "monin.rnet.missouri.edu" 
and who's feedtype overlaps the second request from Monin. I suspect, 
therefore, that Monin is requesting something disjoint from UNIDATA|FSL2|DIFAX.
