[LDM #XEI-555875]: LDM request problems

Continue requesting from us (idd.unidata.ucar.edu) rather than from 
idd.cise-nsf.gov and delete the PRIMARY and ALTERNATE keywords from all entries 
(they should be ignored, anyway).
