[LDM #FQJ-295802]: LDM install problem on OpenSuse 11.3

In the LDM user's home directory, the installation procedure should create the 
directories "etc" and "var". All other installation directories ("bin", 
"include", "lib", and "share") should be created in the directory 
"$HOME/ldm-6.9.7". This is a feature and not a bug.
