A notifyme(1) to idd.cise-nsf.gov for all NOGAPS data didn't return anything but one to idd.unidata.ucar.edu did. So I changed the upstream host for that data in the LDM configuration file and restarted. I'll investigate why the NSF system didn't have any NOGAPS data.
