Because I don't have root access, would you please change the LDM entry in the file /etc/syslog.conf from local0.debug /data/ldm/logs/ldmd.log to local0.* /data/ldm/logs/ldmd.log Also, would you please check the files /var/log/syslog and /var/log/messages for any messages that might indicate a problem with the syslog daemon, syslogd, or with logging in general.
