[Support #TXN-293177]: LDM 6.6.5: make failure on Intel Mac (OS X 10.5)

I added a REQUEST entry for the same IDS+ data from idd.unidata.ucar.edu
to test if its the downstream LDM process or the connection between
Virga and Freshair.  We'll see what happens.
