Because the "pqact" child-process of the "pqsurf" terminates so quickly, would you please start the "pqsurf" process with both verbose and debug logging enabled by adding the options "-vx" to the EXEC entry for "pqsurf" in the LDM configuration-file (etc/ldmd.conf).
