[LDM #DCW-448836]: pqsurf dying on SunOS 5.11, LDM 6.6.5

Very odd.

Because the "pqact" child-process of the "pqsurf" terminates so quickly,
would you please start the "pqsurf" process with both verbose and 
debug logging enabled by adding the options "-vx" to the EXEC entry
for "pqsurf" in the LDM configuration-file (etc/ldmd.conf).  Then run
the LDM and send me the log file.
