LDM: pq_del_oldest problem again

Hi,

While checking out the MCIDAS problem at SSEC, I noticed that Cornell's
ldm log at

        http://met-www.cit.cornell.edu/idd/ldmd.log

is filled with a lot of these types of messages today:

I think that ldm v5.1.4 is supposed to eliminate this type of problem.
