This is a zero sum for motherlode since it's no longer feeding
ldm.meteo.  We can keep this going indefinately.

Jeff, I'm trying to do a 'notifyme' to nutone from both
motherlode.ucar.edu and my own machine, imogene.unidata.ucar.edu, to
check on product latencies, but can't connect due to a timeout:

I'm not sure why this is happening.  And, from motherlode's perspective,
the feed seems fine.  Is your portmapper running?  Do you have the
'allow' line for *.unidata.ucar.edu?
