FYI, XCD is processing /tmp/jmb.fifo1 and >/tmp/jmb.fifo2. I want to process /tmp/jmb.fifo4 and >/tmp/jmb.fifo5 with LDM. The first is text data and >the second is binary. > >Could you please give me some guidance on how to configure >that? Note, XCD and LDM will be running on the same box. >Thanks in advance. I think that this question is better answered by SSEC assuming that the Solaris x86 box that you are using is an SSEC NOAAPORT SDI. The best I can offer is that you may be able to use pqing to ingest from the fifos. Again, SSEC may be able to provide more help. >- Rob > >~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ > Robert A Doornbos, Jr Tel (530) 893-0308 > WNI OceanRoutes, BCDE Cel (408) 836-4457 > 568 Manzanita Ave #1 Fax (530) 893-4517 > Chico, Calif 95926 WWW address@hidden >~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Tom Yoksas >From address@hidden Tue Apr 3 16:45:47 2001 >Subject: Re: 20010214: ldmd.conf & NOAAPORT Thanks for writing.
