I agree with what Anne said but would just like to add that you should
be able to configure your LDM today to get six products from each of
twenty radars, to compare the IDD service with the WSI service.  We
have heard that WSI and the other NIDS vendors were delivering the
data somewhat more quickly than it is now available via NOAAPORT, but
that the difference in latency was down to about 45 seconds now.
