Thank you, Tom!
Please add one line to your ldmd.conf file to allow us at unidata to
check in with your ldm:
allow ANY [a-z].*\.unidata\.ucar\.edu\.?$
We really need this to be able to determine where and how the data is
flowing. This will allow us to do a 'notifyme' to see the data coming
in to yin. For example, now I would like to confirm that you're getting
the MCIDAS feed, but I can't without the above line.
Also, I want to confirm that the ldm on yin can resolve both kestrel's
name and IP address. Will you please do the following:
nslookup kestrel.mnt.edu
and
nslookup 129.138.42.31
and send the results?
You are getting MCIDAS data, aren't you? Please do 'pqutil -w -f MCIDAS
/usr/local/ldm/data/ldm.pq' (or where ever your product queue resides)
and let me know the results.
Anne
