The source for pnga2area and supporting routines (e.g., zlib, pnglib,
etc.) can be found in the ldm-mcidas.tar.Z package that is available
by anonymous FTP in the pub/ldm-mcidas directory on our FTP server,
ftp.unidata.ucar.edu.
