[IDV #IRU-115941]: IDV hangs on macOS Ventura

Yesterday I tested on my kid's Mac book that is 5 years old machine and the IDV 
hangs as you experienced, but this 
morning, I tried on the office machine, Macbook Pro, no problem at all, see the 
attached. We need to figure out
what is this problem.
