[IDV #QQQ-492356]: Vector display problem

I think you can not force these two flux variables to be u and v. You need to 
call Formula > Make flow vectors from u and v, and select Define a grid 
diagnostic when 
a u and v widow popup for both u and v, and then enter newUnit(u, "u", "m/s") 
for u and newUnit(v, "v", "m/s") for v, then select u to be uflxqv....
