[IDV #DZS-327147]: date problem in Henan flood IMERG rainfall

Hi Brian,

If you only load a one-time step, did you get the correct time in the display 
list?

The dataset requires an account, I don't know if this is a problem of the IDV 
or the server-side aggregation.
