[IDV #IWU-984366]: MCFETCH import help

I don't know much about the data access of the MCFETCH, but if you download the 
data you
should be able to use the General > Files choose to load them to the IDV. You 
probably need to specify the data source type since the netCDF format can be a 
grid or point type data.
